For life-threatening issues, call 911 or go to your nearest ER.

For non-urgent concerns such as appointment scheduling, refills, billing questions, etc, please call during office hours. Alternatively, please email us at hello@allergymdcare.com and we will respond during the next business day.

For urgent concerns that cannot wait until the regular office hours, please call 678-632-2360 to leave a message for the on-call provider. If you have not received a return call within 60 minutes, please call back.

When leaving a voicemail, please include the following information:

  • Patient's full name

  • Patient's date of birth

  • Phone number where you can be reached

  • Pharmacy phone number (if applicable)
